Switch reboot via concurrent TFTP operations

Denial of service in NETGEAR JGS516PE and GS116Ev2 2.6.0.43 allows remote attackers to reboot switches via concurrent TFTP connections. The TFTP update process fails to coordinate concurrent operations, so simultaneous TFTP requests or web-panel access during an update reboots the device. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access and enabled Plus Utility support; repeated requests can keep the switch unavailable.
