Device reboot via unchecked NSDP string length

Buffer overflow in NETGEAR JGS516PE and GS116Ev2 2.6.0.43 allows remote authenticated users to reboot switches via NSDP writes. The NSDP write-command handler accepts oversized System Name or Location strings without checking input length, overflowing a buffer. Access to the adjacent management network and administrative NSDP privileges is required; a crafted 511-byte value reboots the device, and repeated requests can keep it rebooting.
