Network disruption via unchecked forged link events

Denial of service in Atomix 3.1.5 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt a master ONOS node through forged link events. A crafted RaftCommandRequest reports a nonexistent link, and the master writes and propagates it through eventually consistent storage without checking topology integrity. Cluster membership or equivalent low-privileged access is required; the poisoned topology persists until devices reconnect or the master restarts.
