Browser script execution via unencoded ur parameter

Reflected XSS in Quest Policy Authority 8.1.2.200 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through a crafted link. The Web Compliance Manager cConn.jsp endpoint returns the ur query parameter in the generated page without proper output encoding. Exploitation requires a user to open the attacker-supplied link; the script runs in the application's browser context, where it can read or alter accessible page data.
