Internal port scanning via initFile.jsp SSRF

Server Side Request Forgery in Quest Policy Authority 8.1.2.200 allows remote attackers to scan internal ports and make outbound connections. The Web Compliance Manager initFile.jsp endpoint accepts attacker-controlled destinations and causes the server to issue requests to internal or external hosts.
