Controller hang via zero-length queue parsing

Infinite-loop denial of service in OFPQueueGetConfigReply in Faucet SDN Ryu 4.34 allows remote attackers to hang the controller. The parser loops while its offset is below the message length, parses another queue, and advances only by the untrusted queue length; a zero length leaves the offset unchanged. A remote OpenFlow peer needs only to return a crafted queue-configuration reply, and the resulting loop interrupts controller service without affecting data confidentiality or integrity.
