Configuration disclosure via CLI command timing issue
Published Jun 18, 2020 · Updated Nov 15, 2024
Information disclosure in Cisco Network Services Orchestrator before 4.7.7.3 or 5.1.4.2 allows local users to read administrator configuration. A timing flaw in CLI command processing mishandles a specific command sequence and returns configuration data outside the caller's authorization. Exploitation requires an authenticated local CLI session and a high-complexity command sequence; disclosure is limited to administrator-only configuration.
