Arbitrary file deletion via quarantine race

A race condition in Cisco Secure Endpoint allows local users to delete arbitrary files on affected hosts through malicious-file scans. During quarantine, guardrails can be bypassed between scanning a malicious file and the privileged cleanup operation, letting a symlink redirect deletion. Local shell access and winning the timing race are required; successful deletion can destabilize the host or stop endpoint protection.
