Unauthenticated restart via malformed CAPWAP packets

Improper CAPWAP packet validation in Cisco WLC Software allows remote attackers to restart affected controllers with malformed packets. The CAPWAP protocol handler processes a malformed packet without sufficient validation, causing the affected device to restart. No authentication or user interaction is required, and affected access points must be acting as Mobility Express controllers.
