Arbitrary file overwrite via unrestricted package paths

Path restriction failure in Cisco IOx Application Framework before 1.9.0 allows local users to overwrite virtual-instance files. The framework processes a crafted file in an application package without enforcing that its path remains within the permitted location. Exploitation requires highly privileged local access and can replace arbitrary files inside the application virtual instance.
