Local command execution via crafted CLI arguments

Command injection in Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software allows local users to execute OS commands through the local-management CLI. The local-mgmt CLI insufficiently validates crafted arguments to specific commands before passing them to the underlying operating system. An authenticated local session is required, and injected commands run with the privileges of the logged-in user.
