User-privileged actions via insufficient CSRF protection

CSRF in Cisco Data Center Network Manager before 11.3(1) allows remote attackers to act with a logged-in interface user's privileges. The web-based management interface fails to enforce sufficient CSRF protections on state-changing requests; Cisco does not identify affected endpoints. Exploitation requires persuading a user with an active session to follow a malicious link, after which arbitrary interface actions run with that user's privileges.
