CVE-2020-3113Network attack vector

Authenticated script execution via insufficient input validation

Published Feb 19, 2020 · Updated Nov 15, 2024

Cross-site scripting in Cisco Data Center Network Manager before 11.3(1) allows remote authenticated users to run script via a crafted link. The web-based management interface fails to validate user-supplied input associated with the link; Cisco has not disclosed the affected parameter or output path. Exploitation requires DCNM credentials and a management-interface user who follows the link, after which script runs in the interface's browser context and can access sensitive browser data.
