System command execution via Scheduler CSRF

Cross-site request forgery in the Grav CMS Scheduler through 1.7.0-rc.17 allows remote attackers to execute system commands. The Scheduler accepts a state-changing request containing a job command without verifying its origin or the administrator's intent. An administrator with an active authenticated session must visit attacker-controlled content; execution occurs with the web application's privileges.
