Denial of service in Dell Technologies Unity before 5.0.4.0.5.012 allows remote attackers to panic a storage processor via UDP requests. Dell has not disclosed the packet fields or processing defect; the public mechanism is limited to crafted UDP traffic reaching an NFS-enabled NAS server. An NFS export must be present, and successful exploitation interrupts storage service rather than altering or exposing stored data.
