Stored XSS via unencoded signup name

Stored XSS in Project Worlds Online Examination System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script via the signup name field. sign.php case-normalizes and stores the submitted name without HTML sanitization, while account.php concatenates it directly into page markup. No authentication is needed to plant the payload, but a user must sign in or view a ranking that renders the stored name; the script then runs in that viewer's browser session.
