Script execution via crafted X-Forwarded-For header
Published Jul 14, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Wayang-CMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary web scripts via a crafted X-Forwarded-For header. index.php places the attacker-controlled header value into generated HTML without neutralizing script-capable content. No authentication is required, but a user must view the generated page; successful exploitation runs script in that user's browser context.
