Arbitrary SQL execution via unquoted searchFields

SQL injection in OpenEMR before 5.0.2.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands through patient search. In library/patient.inc, the patient finder escapes searchFields but concatenates the unquoted result as an SQL expression. Administrator access and a valid session token are required, and exploitation permits reads or changes within the application's database privileges.
