Arbitrary file read via Base64-encoded path traversal

Path traversal in TOTVS Fluig Lake 1.7.0 and Fluig 1.6.4 through 1.6.5 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. The /volume/stream/ endpoint Base64-decodes a request segment containing the file parameter and uses traversal sequences without confining the resolved path. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposed instances can disclose configuration XML, database and LDAP credentials, or operating-system files.
