Cross-VDOM log disclosure via unscoped CLI query
Published Mar 17, 2025 · Updated Mar 17, 2025
Information disclosure in Fortinet FortiOS 6.0.0 through 6.0.10 and 6.2.1 through 6.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to read SSL VPN logs. The get vpn ssl monitor command fails to enforce the active VDOM boundary and returns event entries belonging to users in other VDOMs. An authenticated CLI account can expose other tenants’ usernames, user groups, and IP addresses without altering their data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
