Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Purchasing 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify purchasing data through HTTP. Oracle identifies the Purchasing component but has not published the vulnerable code path or the operation it performs incorrectly on untrusted input. Exploitation requires high privileges and interaction by another person, and successful attacks can affect data in additional products.
