Denial of service in Oracle Corporation MySQL Server 8.0.19 allows remote authenticated users to hang or repeatedly crash the server. The flaw is in the Server: Charsets component, but Oracle has not published the faulty operation or input that triggers it. A high-privileged MySQL account and network access are required, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to service interruption.
