Root code execution via untrusted update download

Improper certificate validation in Nagios Fusion 4.1.8 and earlier allows attackers to execute code as root through a forged update. The upgrade_to_latest.sh script downloads an update package over TLS without rejecting an untrusted server certificate after attacker-controlled proxy settings redirect the request. Access in the Apache service account is required, and replacing the package yields root-level execution when the privileged updater runs it.
