Authenticated code execution via paginated table data
Published May 24, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Code injection in Nagios Fusion 4.1.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through table pagination. The get_paged_table() function in includes/utils/pagination.inc.php passes attacker-controlled eval data decoded from the table_data request field to PHP eval() without restricting executable content. A low-privilege Fusion session can submit the crafted pagination blob and execute arbitrary PHP code as the web-server account.
