Unauthenticated data exposure and modification
Published Apr 15, 2020 · Updated Sep 27, 2024
Flaw in Oracle Learning Management 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.9 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as OTA Training Activities and has not disclosed the incorrect operation performed on HTTP input. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require interaction by another person, and successful attacks can expose all accessible Learning Management data and alter or delete some of it.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

Published CVSS scores
CVSS describes severity. EPSS estimates exploitation probability.
Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
