Oracle Customer Interaction History 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.9 allows remote attackers to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Outcome-Result component but has not published the flawed operation or how an HTTP request reaches it. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated network path and interaction by another person, and it exposes all component-accessible data to reading plus some data to insertion, update, or deletion.
