Code execution via unchecked Nef polygon index

Out-of-bounds read in CGAL 5.1.1 allows attackers to execute code by supplying a malformed Nef polygon file to a consuming program. SNC_io_parser::read_sloop reads an attacker-controlled index from the file and directly selects SLoop_of[index] for slh->twin(). Exploitation requires a linked program to parse the crafted file; dereferencing the invalid object relationship can cause a crash or code execution.
