Code execution via unchecked Nef parser index

Out-of-bounds read in the Nef polygon parser in CGAL 5.1.1 allows attackers to execute code by supplying a malformed Nef file. The Nef_S2 SNC_io_parser read_sedge routine uses an attacker-controlled index to read SEdge_of and assign seh->twin() without checking the vector bounds. A consuming application must parse the attacker-controlled file, and any resulting code executes with that application's privileges.
