Code execution via unchecked Nef edge index

Out-of-bounds read in the Nef_S2 parser in CGAL 5.1.1 allows attackers to execute code through a malformed Nef polygon file. SNC_io_parser::read_edge() uses an unvalidated integer from the file to index Edge_of and assigns the resulting value to eh->twin(). The flaw is reached when a consuming application parses attacker-supplied Nef data, and the invalid object pointer can produce type confusion, a crash, or code execution in that application's context.
