Code execution via unchecked Nef vertex index

Out-of-bounds read in CGAL Project CGAL 5.1.1 allows attackers to execute code by supplying a malformed Nef polygon file. Nef_S2/SNC_io_parser.h read_vertex() accepts an unchecked nonnegative index and assigns SEdge_of[index] to vh->shalfedges_last(). The library code must be invoked by an application that parses attacker-controlled Nef_S2 content, bounding exposure to such consumers.
