Cross-site scripting in Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 allows remote attackers to access and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the User Interface as affected, but neither its advisory nor public signature material discloses the input, page, or missing output-encoding operation. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires another person to interact with the attack, enabling complete access to product-readable data and limited updates, inserts, or deletions.
