Command execution via unsanitized image type

Command injection in Total.js Framework before 3.4.7 allows remote attackers to execute operating-system commands through image handling. The image.pipe and image.stream APIs place an unsanitized type value into a command passed to child_process.spawn with shell enabled. Exposure requires an application to pass attacker-controlled image types to these APIs, and commands run with the Node.js process privileges.
