CSRF weakness in Fastify @fastify/csrf-protection before 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to bypass request validation via exposed tokens. The default token extractor accepts a token from the GET query string, while generated cookies omit httpOnly and expose their contents to scripts. Exploitation requires user interaction with an attacker-controlled request and can submit state-changing actions with the victim's privileges.
