Prototype pollution in client IO JointJS before 3.3.0 allows attackers to alter inherited object properties through crafted paths. The util.setByPath function traverses attacker-controlled property names and assigns values without rejecting prototype-chain keys. Exposure requires a consuming application to pass untrusted path data to the function, and successful exploitation can corrupt application object state.
