Command execution via unsanitized app-name concatenation

Command injection in heroku-env 0.2.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute shell commands through a crafted Heroku app name. The exported getter in lib/get.js concatenates the unescaped app argument into the shell string heroku config --app before passing it to child_process.exec. Exploitation requires control of the app argument supplied to the command-line or programmatic interface; injected commands run with the invoking process's privileges.
