OS command execution via unsanitized port argument

Command injection in Radarsu kill-process-on-port 1.0.2 and earlier allows attackers to execute OS commands via a crafted port argument. getProcessPortId incorporates the port argument into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters, so appended shell syntax is interpreted as another command. Exploitation requires a consuming Node.js application or local caller to pass attacker-controlled input, and commands run with the application's privileges.
