Shell command execution via crafted bucket names

OS command injection in all versions of s3-kilatstorage allows remote attackers to execute shell commands via crafted bucket names. The makeBucket path inserts its bucket-name argument into a bash invocation of s3cmd without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Reachability requires a consuming Node.js application to pass attacker-controlled data to the library; injected commands run with that application's process privileges.
