Traffic decryption via firmware-shipped RSA key

Hardcoded cryptographic keys in Siemens SCALANCE X-200 families allow remote attackers to decrypt previously captured network traffic. When a C-PLUG is used, affected firmware loads the same embedded RSA private key instead of generating a unique key after factory reset. Affected releases are X-200 before 5.2.5, X-200IRT before 5.5.0, and X-200RNA before 3.2.7; exploitation requires a man-in-the-middle position and captured traffic.
