Code execution via unchecked RADIUS attribute length

Integer underflow in accel-ppp before e9d369a allows attackers controlling its RADIUS server to execute arbitrary code via a vendor attribute. The rad_packet_recv parser subtracts the vendor tag and declared length without first rejecting a negative remainder or a value exceeding the packet boundary. Reachability requires the daemon's RADIUS client to accept a reply from an attacker-controlled configured server; successful exploitation runs code in the daemon process.
