Authenticated code execution via unrestricted webshell download
Published Aug 12, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Arbitrary file upload in EasyCorp ZenTao PMS 12.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to place executable webshells on the server. The client download route passes attacker-controlled version and link values to downloadZipPackage(), which decodes the link and writes the fetched file under the web root without type validation. An administrator session is required; a PHP payload stored in data/client can then execute with the web server's privileges.
