Oracle WebLogic Server Core 10.3.6.0.0, 12.1.3.0.0, 12.2.1.3.0, and 12.2.1.4.0 allows remote attackers to take over servers via IIOP or T3. Oracle has not published the flawed Core function or the operation it performs on untrusted protocol data. Network access to an enabled IIOP or T3 listener is sufficient, with no authentication or user interaction required.
