Administrator takeover via WriteToFile SQL injection

SQL injection in SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor 2020 HF1 and 2020.2 allows remote authenticated users to reset the Admin password. The WriteToFile path evaluates text following ${SQL: in Configure Action's Body to POST field as a SQL statement without neutralization. A non-administrator account with Alert Management privileges can take over the built-in Administrator account.
