Unauthenticated file disclosure via path traversal

Path traversal in NEC ESMPRO/ServerManager 6.42 allows remote attackers to read sensitive files through its management service. The GetEuaLogDownloadAction class uses a user-supplied path in file operations without validating that it remains in an allowed directory. No authentication is required, and successful requests read files with the service's SYSTEM-level access.
