Information disclosure via getNews external entity expansion

XXE in the getNews method in Arcserve CA ARCserve D2D 16.5 allows remote attackers to read SYSTEM-accessible data via crafted XML. The parser resolves an attacker-supplied external-entity URI and embeds the retrieved content into the XML document processed by getNews. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to data reachable by the service's SYSTEM context.
