Denial of service via TIFF heap overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in ImageMagick before 7.0.10-45 allows attackers to cause denial of service via crafted TIFF files. ReadTIFFImage in coders/tiff.c allocates insufficient space for strip_pixels, so crafted TIFF dimensions can overrun the heap buffer during parsing. Exploitation requires an attacker-controlled TIFF to be processed by the local ImageMagick process and results in a crash or service interruption, with no documented confidentiality or integrity impact.
