Process crash via unchecked ELF header offsets

Out-of-bounds read in UPX 4.0.0 allows local users to crash the process by decompressing a crafted Mach-O file. The ELF parser accepts incorrectly ordered program and section-header offsets, causing invert_pt_dynamic to pass an out-of-range pointer to get_le32 for an unchecked four-byte read. A user must invoke decompression on the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is an AddressSanitizer abort, with no disclosed code execution.
