Denial of service and data modification in Oracle MySQL Cluster affected releases allow remote authenticated users to disrupt clusters. Oracle identifies the locus only as Cluster: General and has not published the wrong operation or input that triggers the flaw. Exploitation requires low privileges, network access through one of multiple protocols, and another person’s interaction; it can hang or repeatedly crash the cluster and update, insert, or delete some accessible data.
