TCP session hijacking via predictable sequence numbers

Weak TCP ISN generation in Microchip MPLAB Harmony Net 3.6.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to hijack or spoof TCP sessions. The TCP core derives each ISN from a global 32-bit counter incremented about every four microseconds without incorporating a strong random key. Exploitation requires firmware built with the affected TCP module, and successful prediction enables existing-session hijacking or future-session spoofing.
