TCP connection spoofing via predictable sequence numbers

Weak TCP sequence-number generation in PicoTCP 1.7.0 allows remote attackers to spoof or hijack TCP connections via predicted ISNs. The ISN generator uses a reversible linear congruential generator seeded with publicly recoverable system-timer data, making its output predictable from observed traffic. No authentication or user interaction is required; an attacker able to sample sequence numbers can impersonate an endpoint or disrupt an existing connection.
