Stored script execution via crafted folder names

Stored cross-site scripting in Maxum Rumpus 8.2.13 and 8.2.14 allows remote authenticated users to run script via a folder name. The Rumpus.makefolder endpoint stores a crafted FolderName value and later renders it without sufficient HTML attribute encoding. Folder-creation permission and a later mouseover by another user are required; the script runs with that user's web-session privileges.
